Information Riza accesses

Boris authorizes access to his own Google accounts through Google OAuth. Riza does not ask for or store his Google password. Depending on the permissions granted and the task, Riza can access:

• Account identity: the email address and identifiers needed to distinguish connected accounts.
• Gmail: message content, headers, recipients, labels, drafts, and relevant mailbox settings. The requested Google permissions include modifying mail and managing certain mail settings.
• Calendar and Tasks: calendars, events, task lists, task details, dates, and related metadata.
• Drive, Docs, and Sheets: file metadata and content, documents, and spreadsheets. The requested permissions include reading and managing these resources.

A permission grant defines what Google allows; it does not mean every resource is accessed on every request. Riza also processes Boris’s Telegram messages, instructions, preferences, and task results. When asked to operate his Mac, it may process screenshots and visible application content.

How information is used

Riza uses information to carry out Boris’s requests: find and summarize content, draft replies, help organize his day, manage tasks and events, and work with documents. Conversation history and saved preferences support continuity between requests.

Sending email requires Boris’s approval of the complete recipients, subject, and message. Other actions are subject to Riza’s configured permissions and approval requirements. Boris remains responsible for reviewing important output and actions.

Riza does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or train its own AI models on it. Access to Google data is for the assistant’s personal productivity functions.

AI processing and other services

The assistant runs on Boris’s Mac, but processing is not entirely local:

• Google provides the connected services and handles authorization and API requests.
• OpenAI processes relevant prompts, conversation context, selected Google content, tool results, and, when needed, screenshots to produce the assistant’s responses. Data handling and retention also depend on the connected OpenAI account’s applicable terms and settings.
• Telegram carries messages and assistant responses. Google content included in a response is therefore also transmitted through Telegram.
• Website hosting providers serve these public information pages and may process normal request information, such as IP addresses, timestamps, and browser details, to deliver and protect the site.

Content may be sent to an intended recipient or another service when Boris requests and authorizes that action, including an approved email. Connected services operate under their own policies. Riza is not a Google, OpenAI, or Telegram product.

Google data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Local storage and retention

Google authorization tokens and configuration are stored on Boris’s Mac using the application’s protected local configuration and credential storage. Tokens are not part of this website. Local conversation history, preferences, operational records, and backups may contain information processed by the assistant.

Locally retained information remains until Boris removes it or the application’s applicable retention behavior clears it. Backups may retain earlier copies until separately removed. There is no promise of immediate automatic deletion after a conversation. Google, OpenAI, Telegram, and hosting providers may retain information according to their own terms and account settings.

Control, revocation, and deletion

Boris can stop the assistant, disconnect accounts, or revoke Google access through Google Account connections. Revocation prevents future authorized access but does not automatically erase existing local history, provider-held messages, or backups.

To remove retained information, Boris can delete the relevant local records and backups and use the connected services’ deletion controls. Questions or requests concerning personal information appearing in connected content can be sent to borisboha@gmail.com.

This website and policy changes

This website has no signup, forms, advertising tags, or analytics scripts added by Riza. Visiting it does not grant access to Google accounts or to the assistant. Hosting infrastructure may still process technical request data as described above.

This policy will be updated if Riza’s data practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
